（路透東京15日電）日本今天宣布收緊難民政策。難民維權人士表示，如果這些政策獲得落實，日本對尋求庇護者來說將更加遙不可及。

日本去年僅接受不到12人申請庇護。

日本法務省收緊難民政策，其中包括根據國際難民法快速評估被視為不許可的庇護申請，取消部分重覆申請者的居留許可，以及更加嚴格控制尋求庇護者申請工作許可。法務省修訂的難民政策屬於日本移民政策廣泛提案的一環。

法務省還將向逃避衝突的難民提供人道保護，但不確保難民地位，同時法務部還建立系統，向瀕臨性別暴力等「新形態迫害」的人們提供庇護。

難民維權人士說，日本收緊難民政策已在預料之中，但此舉將讓尋求庇護者投奔日本之路增添障礙，同時也讓身在日本、估計想要取得難民資格1萬人中的許多人處境更加惡劣。

去年有5000人向日本申請庇護，但日本只接受11人的申請，讓日本成為收容最少難民的發達國家之一。日本估計今年申請庇護人數將超過6000名。中央社（翻譯）
